I really pride myself on being the MOST knowledgable, resourceful and connected person when it comes to everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news...and if I don't know the answer I'll work to find it for you.

With 10+ years of agency marketing and advertising experience, Julie understands how to make your house shine, stand out and sell for the most $$ possible. Her MBA and analytical brain support data-driven decision making and confidence in negotiation. Julie really knows homes inside and out, and with 8+ years working in design and remodeling with her general contractor partner, she's well-versed in new construction, major remodels and building idiosyncrasies. She also owns investment property and enjoys supporting buyers and sellers in this market as well as second homes or vacation/AirBnB properties. Finally, Julie is a 5280 Magazine and West + Main "top producer" agent, so she is consistently working and negotiating as the market fluctuates.

Julie offers consistent communication and a calm and positive demeanor. Whether you're house-hunting or prepping your home for sale, you really want to like and connect with your realtor, as you will be in close contact with them throughout the process.

A native of Minnesota, she has lived in Boulder, attended grad school in Denver and currently resides just west of Golden for closer access to hiking and snowboarding. She works throughout the entire Denver/Boulder metro and foothills. When not zooming between houses or analyzing comparable sales, Julie spends her free time doing anything outside, reading books, listening to podcasts, cooking spicy food, and playing with her mini Aussie Blue.
