Julie Lunn

A Minnesota native, I first moved to Colorado in 2001 and to the Golden area on the west side of the Denver area in 2022. I worked in PR and marketing for years and have an MBA, but moved into real estate full time over 10 years ago. I love how real estate combines analytics, home maintenance/decor, strategic planning, creative marketing (your home is a lifestyle and an embodiment of a dream), couples counseling, authentic salesmanship and detailed paperwork/CYA. 

My husband and father are both contractors, so I have been around homes and remodels my entire life.  I know a lot more about homes than your average agent, and I have the remodeling experience to know what’s an easy fix and what’s an epic undertaking. 

As a natural and positive communicator, I clearly and consistently keep in touch with you as a buyer or seller - of course! But I also build rapport with buyers and seller’s agents on all my deals, ensuring that we are never in the dark and that we utilize that relationship to hasten acceptance or receipt of an offer, ease at inspection and positive feelings at closing whenever possible. 

My favorite things in real estate are: making sure that a buyer is protected in the home buying process, using my expertise in the inspection period, helping sellers showcase their homes in the best possible light through staging and excellent lifestyle photography, seeing buyers get the keys to their new homes, hearing about a new family member (pet or kiddo) joining at a home we’ve purchased, and helping sellers achieve dreams of moving on to their next adventures with extra cash in those bank accounts. 

Realtors sometimes get a bad rap, but this is a dream job, a vocation and an honor that I take very seriously. Protecting your investment is my top priority. And I think we can have fun in the process! 

Outside of work, I read tons of books, hike nearly every day, love cooking, participate in our democracy, watch my kids play sports and delight in my dog, a mini-Aussie named Blue.
